The docstring of 'flymake-init-create-temp-buffer-copy' says:

  Make a temporary copy of the current buffer, save its name in buffer data and
  return the name.

What does "buffer data" mean here? I had searched the manuals, but I didn't
find anything useful. Can anybody help? Thanks.
