Thank you, Michael.
I use sudo on my local machine with C-x C-f /sudo::
Now I start Emacs by SUDO_ASKPASS=openssh-askpass Emacs -q.
There is no message in *tramp/sudo...* buffer, but it still does not
prompt for my password.
