I think that nnmaildir only loads maildir folders in your ~/Maildir
(like ~/Maildir/friends/cur). Neither the cur, new, tmp folders that may
exist in ~/Maildir, nor deeper folders (~/Maildir/old/2013). To access
those one has to create symlinks.
