That means that your Emacs binary is compiled with DBus support, but
no DBus service is running on your Raspi. DBus is an interprocess
communication protocol which has become all fashionable in the
Gnu/Linux world. If you're interested in more details, see Wikipedia [1]
or the official DBus page [2]

You can safely ignore this warning (unless you try to use functionality
which depends on Emacs DBus bindings, of course). My operating system
setup has no DBus and I didn't really notice (these days I compile
my work Emacs myself and disable DBus support, since it's useless for
me, so I don't see the warning anymore).
