How to read parameter from `emacscliet -t -a "" -F ""((hi . hello))"

Hi,

I start emacsclient with:

emacscliet -t -a "" -F ""((hi . hello))

But when I do:
(frame-parameter nil 'hi) inside the newly created frame, I got nil.
