Example of emcas 25.1 new feature - modules

Hi,
I would like to test as soon as posible the new features of emacs, specially 
modules in Windows. Very nice features.
Questions:
1. The official release version 25.1 can be use to call a dll modules? Or it is 
necessary to build an specific emacs version (if yes which one)?
2. Where can I find a hello world like example to create a module (dll) a call 
it from emacs?
