I imagine it might be a good idea to also transpose words at point and
mark when transient-mark-mode is on and mark is active. Then:

|Jack and Jill

| Ctrl+Shift+→ Ctrl+Shift+→

[Jack and] Jill

| M-t

|Jill and Jack
