Thank you for your response. This is my first time using gnu-radius
and so far I'm impressed although obviously working through config
issues.
I was expecting usernames with no domain to be authenticated on our
server instead of passed on to a proxy. This was my understanding
of the name LOCAL from the comments in the realms file:
# Each record consists of following fields:
[snip]
# ii. Hostname. Optional is :port to use a non-standard port.
# In that case, port is the authenication port and the
# accounting port is taken as port + 1.
# A reserved word LOCAL means the logins for this realm must
# be processed locally.
