Vendor Specific items

I cannot seem to get these passed down the proxy chain ?

My users files says
DEFAULT Auth-Type = Local,
                Session-Timeout = 28800,
                Idle-Timeout = 900

test  Password = "xxxx"
        Service-Type = Framed-User,
        Framed-Protocol = PPP,
        Framed-IP-Address = 255.255.255.254,
        Framed-IP-Netmask = 255.255.255.255,
        Cisco-AVPair = "ip:dns-servers=212.15.64.11 212.15.64.10",
        Cisco-AVPair = "ip:addr-pool=SPPOOL"

Cisco stuff does not go ????

My dictionary has uncommented the INCLUDE for cisco ?

Do I need to recompile the source or add something else in somewhere or
something to get the Vendor specific stuff included or how can I check what
I am sending out ?

Any help appreciated.
