means the user name '253' and his password '103350792' were successfully
passed to the PAM layer (you should not bother about `password=NONE',
it means there was no User-Password entry in your users profile,
and it's OK, since PAM does not need it). So, from this side
everything is OK. Does pam_securid.so issue any debug diagnostics?
