[Help-gnu-radius] Radius 1.1 fails with Raidus 1.0 user file!

Hi,
This users file works perfect with v. 1.0

#
DEFAULT Auth-Type = Local,  Password-Location = SQL,
  Simultaneous-Use = 1
  Exec-Program-Wait="/usr/local/sbin/CustomAuth %u"

However this users file failes with the Radius 1.1 (I don't want to use 
external progam):

DEFAULT  Auth-Type = Local,     Password-Location = SQL,
        Simultaneous-Use = 1


The error is:

Sep 21 11:55:43 Main.info: Loading configuration files.
Sep 21 11:55:43 Main.info: reading /usr/local/etc/raddb/config
Sep 21 11:55:43 Main.error: /usr/local/etc/raddb/users:9: parse error
Sep 21 11:55:43 Main.error: discarding user `DEFAULT'


What do I wrong!
