[Help-gnu-radius] GNU radius 1.2 not add accounting informations to /var/log/radutmp

GNU radius 1.2 not add accounting informations to /var/log/radutmp #12290;
cisco router is runing on authentication proxy.GNU radius running on redhat9.0 
perform
authentication .
I can see the accounting informations in file /var/log/192.168.70.4/detail and 
192.168.70.4 is the ip address of cisco router.
But radutmp is empty and radwtmp is missing ! So simultaneous-Use can not be 
used.
