[help-gnubatch] GNUbatch Scheduler capabilities

Hi,
I have been reading about the opensource GNUbatch Scheduler recently and
planning to do a POC.
I understand that I can install it in only Linux environment,however could
you please let me know if I can trigger the jobs in Windows environment.
Also could you please provide the features of these tools
