[Help-gnucap] configuring latest snapshot

Hi,
I am facing problem configuring latest gnucap snapshot, gnucap-2009-08-13.
following error message is seen:

Can some help me what could be the problem.
 I am configuring Compaq nx6115(AMD Turion64) notebook with Ubuntu 9.04
