Hi Timothy
this is implemented in the gnucap-uf branch. see examples/Xprobes.gc
there.
unfortunately there is no Xprobes patch for upstream gnucap. the state
is approximately as follows.
- gnucap-uf is rather experimental (don't use if you don't have to)
- the node allocation scheme has been changed a bit, this might
interfere with the probe lookup.
- changes are not fully upstream compatible, they break reverse-dot
notation iirc.
- the (old) git history is a bit messy, changes might not be arranged in
a useful way.
- i have forgotten some of the details
i can help writing an upstream patch. either from scratch or inspired
by gnucap-uf. i'm sorry i don't have time to propose a patch myself very
soon.
regards
felix
