I just made a few quick changes and I'm the first to have gnunet-0.4.7 as a
FreeBSD package

$ pkg_info | grep gnunet
gnunet-0.4.7 An anonymous, distributed, reputation-based network

since the rest of the FreeBSD world still has gnunet-0.4.6

$ pwd
/usr/ports/net/gnunet

The distinfo file must be updated to contain:

$ cat distinfo
MD5 (GNUnet-0.4.7.tar.bz2) = 944c89df660abb196c5a02c5722b0fc4

sorry no patch file for the Makefile but there are only to varibles you need to
set:

$ egrep '^PORTVERSION|MASTER_SITES' Makefile
PORTVERSION=    0.4.7
MASTER_SITES=   http://www.ovmj.org/GNUnet/download/

At this point you can remove the old gnunet-0.4.6 port with pkg_delete and
install the new version.
