Well that tells me something as well. Although I can't be sure without 
debugging it, I'm almost positive that NSImage cannot find the images 
it is looking for (it doesn't display any messages if it can't find an 
image). I have no idea why that is though.

 Perhaps you could give me an ssh account on your box for a little bit 
so I could debug your installation?
