Unable to compile with gcc |

Can any one help with the following:-
SCO Unix Release = 3.2v5.0.6
gcc version 2.95.2 19991024 (release)
make install
gcc -DHAVE_GETOPT -DORDER -O -c -o top.o top.c
In file included from top.c:34:
os.h:22: stdio.h: No such file or directory
os.h:24: string.h: No such file or directory
os.h:25: memory.h: No such file or directory
top.c:35: signal.h: No such file or directory
top.c:36: setjmp.h: No such file or directory
top.c:37: ctype.h: No such file or directory
make: *** [top.o] Error 1
Also
gcc -o where where.c
where.c:1: stdio.h: No such file or directory
