Grub2 Question: Setting a Password

Hello,

In our University in Germany we use 5 PCs, and we want to use Grub2.
Our Question is: Where can we set a password which has to be entered for 
edition "e" the bootoptions or protect one partition.
We checked the website but the documentations seems still to be under 
development.

Maybe someone can help us or tell us where is some pre-documentation.
