Sorry forgot to add.....
 
Or add a command line at /etc/default/grub.d similar to
# Uncomment if you don't want GRUB to pass "root=UUID=xxx" parameter to
# Linux
#GRUB_DISABLE_LINUX_UUID=true

like this
# Uncomment if you don't want GRUB to pass "set root=(hd0,x)" parameter
# to Linux
#GRUB_DISABLE_LINUX_(hd0,x)=true
