I have Kubuntu Natty and GRUB2 1.99~rc1-13ubuntu and I can't figure out how to
display
boot/kernel messages during boot. My /etc/default/grub is below, and I've tried
changing
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT= to "splash" and "", and doing update-grub
thereafter,
which I thought was the way, but no luck. Can someone tell me how to get my boot
messages back? Thx, Gus
