sorry, that line should have been:

  export 
GUILE_LOAD_PATH="~/.guix-profile/share/guile/site/2.0${GUILE_LOAD_PATH:+:}$GUILE_LOAD_PATH"

or whatever your correct path is to the ice-9 dir.
