Hello,

as mcron is run by single user, it should recognize itself in the memory
and should not run in multiple instances.

For example, if run mcron as user from startup file in IceWM window
manager, and if I restart X, mcron is not killed, and on next time
initiates a new instance. So the result is shown below.

I suggest that mcron is updated, so it recognizes itself for specific
user, and if already in memory, not to launch a new instance.
