[Help-nano] Help: enable nanorc on windows

Subject: [Help-nano] Help: enable nanorc on windows

The nano.rc files says to configure nano with "--enable-nanorc" to enable syntax highlighting but I can't figure out how to do it on windows. I downloaded the WinNT/9x binary and I'm using windows 7.
