Hello, everybody
I downloaded the installation package: octave-windows-2000oct25d.exe. It
says "Successful" when I install it under windows 2000. But, when I tried to
lauch it, it failed. When I run octave.bat, it display:
>>bash.exe: warning: could not find /tmp, please create!
>>start: start: No such file or directory
even when I add "set tmp=...." to the environment variables and restart my
windows, it displays such errors.
I don't know what's the problem with the windows version of octave. It
seems that it can't run anyway. Can anyone help me?
Thanks a lot.
