Data corrupted - Loadaudio problem?

Subject: Data corrupted - Loadaudio problem?

Hello all,

I try to load an .au file with the loadaudio command,
but the data gets corrupted, y=loadaudio('filename','extension',bps);
The frequency components are quite different from the expected, and
when I play the data (playaudio(y)) it sounds really distorted!

Has anyone experienced any similar problem with loadaudio?
Might the .au-file be strange? When I play it it sounds fine!

Very grateful for any assistance

Anders Elmén
