about spline, mkkpp and ppval

Hello.

I am using Octave 2.1.50 and I tried to use spline, mkpp and
ppval and I was surprised because I didn't find them.

So I searched and found:

Will those functions be included inside Octave?
Or are they already and I am doing something wrong?
