According to this document:
http://www.cheric.org/education/eduaids/octave/octman/FAQ_24.html it
should be considred a bug if there are differences between Octave and
Matlab. Except for the differences listed on the page.
However, their bug email address seems to be discontinued.
Is it still the case that differences should be considered errors?
Are there a more updated list of differences somewhere?
