Do you mean the following?
octave:1> a = [i,1+i;2i,2+2i]
a =
0 + 1i 1 + 1i
0 + 2i 2 + 2i
octave:2> a' % " ' " is complex conjugate operator
ans =
0 - 1i 0 - 2i
1 - 1i 2 - 2i
