It should take all of them. What happens for
function foo (varargin)

printf ("%s\n", varargin{i});
endfor
endfunction
mark_as_command ("foo");
foo 1 2 3
? It should print
1
2
3
If not, then it is a bug, but also it is apparently fixed.
