GSVD

Hello,

as I understand from Octave sources, svd is a wrapper to fortan
functions in the Lapack lib. Would it be possible to add a gsvd
(Generalised Singular Value Decomposition) function, as gsvd routines
are readily available in Lapack 3 ?
