print .png and gnuplot 4

Hi!
I have recently started to use print.m in favour of "gset terminal" and 
such. It seems to work just fine, but not for png files. I read 
somewhare that this was due to a problem with the new gnuplot. My 
question is: is there a workaround to fix this, or should I fall back to 
the "gset terminal" way of doing this?
