Is there any Wavelet Kits in Octave? |

Matlab have lots of implements of wavelet tools. I found Scilib aslo
have a wavelet package on http://scwt.sourceforge.net/ . But is there
any one in Octave? I'm learning wavelet and its applications. If the
answer is "no", why not write one?
