I have copied the same tarball to
  http://gnuplot.sourceforge.net/development/binaries/
since several places in the documentation and web site direct people
to that URL.

I have started to update the web pages on SourceForge as well.
Are the mirror sites automatic, or does someone have to copy stuff
over manually?
