Matthias,

This needs to be set using the LDFLAGS environment variable. How to do this is 
a function of your default shell. I use bash

so I do something like

export LDFLAGS="-L/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.3.9.sdk/usr/lib/gcc/darwin/2.95.2 
-lcc_dynamic"

before running

./configure
