Playrec for Octave

Playrec, a utility providing multichannel access to soundcards on
different platforms and via different host API, has now been adapted
to work with Octave 3.0 in addition to Matlab.  The possibility of
adding Octave support was discussed just over a month ago, but I
believe should now work without much effort.

I haven't had time to do extensive testing, but have had it working on
Windows XP and Gentoo.  If anyone tries it and has problems then let
me know and I'll be happy to help.
