I think that the test for FTGL headers should take into account
the settings for freetype2 (CXXFLAGS and LIBS). Apparently,
these are only used afterwards. I don't have that problem, because
I'm using FTGL-2.1.2, where ftgl.h does not include any freetype2
headers. Can anyone submit a patch?
