Dear Collegaues,
After some efforts I realised what happened. During dowloading Octave an
other program Broadcom Management Program was also downloaded. That
program
caused a lot of troubles. I could not delet it in the usual way through
the
control panet but I had to go to C: /program and deleate it from there.
Now
the computer is working OK, however I don't try a third time to download
Octave.
