Octave 3.0.3 built with Mingw compiler

Hi,

Do you know where I can get the Octave 3.0.3 built with Mingw compiler?

 

I tried to use Octave 3.0.3 built with MSVC, but got this error when plotting:

Can you tell me what is going on there?  I got the latest Java runtime package but that did not fix the problem.
