Re: building custom atlas library

I do not know correctly.  But I suppose that the atlas 3.6.0 is too old.
Please use atlas 3.8.2.(Atlas 3.8.3 sometimes caused trouble ad far as I 
remeber, but it might be
misunderstanding.)
