Dear octave(free/open matlab programers):
I get from search an article about octave and its 3 degree vector/
multidimentional matrix/tensor

first of all, if the article's author is right
then what is difference between tensor and (multidimensionalMatrices/
a list of vectors)?
even they are indeed different, do octave implement tensor?
I search web, I know matlab have tensor
