big loading time for text file

Hello,

I installed octave 3.2.4 on a computer with Windows7 64 bits. Configuration
:
- intel core i3-380M 2.53 GHz
- 8 GB RAM
I tryed to load a text file (22 Mo - 1e5 lines and 52 columns) and it takes
about 96 secondes. My old Intel centrino (1.73 GHz) load the same file in 50
secondes (with octave 3.2.4 on WinXP)!
I don't understand why it is so long! Any idea ?
