ismembc?

In hopes of using yalmip and sedumi with octave, I am running into a bunch of
unpleasant incompatibilities, the latest of which is "ismembc()", which seems to
be a fast (mex) version of ismember.

Does anyone know if I can just replace these one-for-one?  I can add it to my
handy-dandy fixml.awk script if so, but otherwise I need to write a wrapper (and
I don't have access to ML to check).

If I was a real man, I would write a mex function that gets us the same
speedups, but I don't think I am that tough yet...
