As before, you don't _exactly_ show what you've tried.

So, we have to guess, first of all, was it global or local installation.

As I explained you earlier, you can add diagnostic prints to 'pkg.m' file in 
order to better understand what the problem is, for example, what directory you 
were denied permission to create.
