Building Octave 3.8.0 on Windows pkg-config |

Hello, I am building Octave on windows using mingw. When I was configuring
Octave, Octave gave an error about pkg-config. How can i override pkg config
using FT2_CFLAGS or FT2_LIBS? I tried ./configure FT2_CFLAGS but it does not
worked.
