Octave 4.0.2 on Windows 7

Nice.

My linux laptop died, actually, I needed to upgrade from Debian 6 and it 
is very difficult to get newer distributions to support the GeForce FX 
5200 Video.

I intalled Octave 4.0.2 on a windows 7 laptop.  Very slick installation. 
 Nice GUI.  Graphics startup is slow, but, I can live with that.

I prefer using emacs and CLI on Linux.  But, the Windows distrubution is 
nice.
