Compiling GNU-RCS on Windows

Hi all,

I would like to know if anyone has compiled GNU RCS successfully on  
Windows and how did they do it? I have been trying to use MinGW and  
Cygwin but I keep on getting these following errors:

$ make -f pc/Makefile mingw32
