compiling diff utility with large file support?
It seems you have answered your own question. I suggest you ask the
diff maintainers. Once you install a capable diff (and diff3), you can
then try to reconfigure/rebuild/reinstall RCS.
BTW, which RCS? There is a highly stable (except for cygwin) pretest
of RCS 5.8 recently available, should you wish to play with that:
