All translations of Shishi currently goes through the translation
project, see:

http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/translation/

The best would for you to join the French translation team and submit
the translation through their system, and it will automatically end up
in Shishi.  The French translation team home page is available at:

http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/translation/registry.cgi?team=fr

I'm not that familiar with the translation project, or how you join a
particular team, so if you find it difficult to work with them, let me
know and I can try to resolve the problem.  I believe all the
information you'll need is available on their web page.
