Uhm, a bit old. :-P I thought LONG_LONG_MAX and the other values were there forever, but apparently they were introduced by GCC 3.0.2.95.4 20011002
IIRC that version of GCC (and the early 3.x versions too) also took eons to compile interp.c, so you may want to upgrade anyway. But I can modify the libffi configure script to provide __LONG_LONG_MAX__ if it is not provided by the compiler.
